Mix Vegetables with Soy & Cashewnuts

MIX VEGETABLES WITH SOY AND CASHEWNUTS.

1 tsp Ching's Secret Soy Sauce
4 tbsp Ching's Secret All in One Sauce
1 cup Broccoli cut into bite size flowerets
1 bunch Spinach Leaves
4 sprigs of Asparagus cut into 1 inch pieces
½ cup button mushrooms, cut into halves
1 tbsp chopped Garlic
½ tsp white pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Roasted Cashew nuts to garnish.

Method:
Thoroughly wash all the vegetables, drain and keep aside.
Boil water in a heavy bottom pan. Blanch broccoli, asparagus and mushrooms in the boiling water one by one and refresh them in cold water, drain and keep aside.
Heat 2 table spoons of oil in a heated frying pan, add garlic and sauté for about half a minute.
Add all the vegetables while stirring continuously, put flame on simmer. Add Ching's Secret All in One Sauce, Ching's Secret Soy Sauce, a pinch of salt and white pepper, mix well. Cook while stirring till all the vegetables get coated with the sauce. Garnish with roasted cashew nuts and serve hot.
