A time to RLJ - Late stopping bus - Honked (BT55GTY)

1) Commenting on how the lights on this and the roundabout next to it should be turned off at night. Barely any traffic. Norwich is turning street lights off to save money, why not turn these off too.

Then, not quite sure that the bus is going to stop in time so I slow down until he actually does stop.

2) Another roundabout, empty....safe to RLJ IMO. Again, should just switch the lights off.

3) Got honked for no real reason at all, after 11 oclock (so I believe against the highway code).

I could put up with a honk a bit more if I was actually "holding someone up" (as in cycling before them). When the roads empty it's even more stupid. Especially at night, it's just a bit selfish.
