Isn't 1080i 24p a contradiction? It's either interlaced or progressive. It can't be both.

You cannot wander the camera around when you are shooting 24p. Also, you had to remove pulldown to avoid nasty ghosting.

it's not 24p because it's interlaced. You should plan your shots a little more so that you don't get a weird look when cross dissolving. try using two different shots of different subjects when cross dissolving. I hope my criticism helps.

@Thorsun I did a little viewing on the V1U it seems like ConsumerDV is saying that there is a pull down effect. I think it combines two frames as one rendering it as progressive as oposed to an independent frame.
