@eyecoin Dear Sir, we do not harvest the entire plant at once. Our machine are equipped with 2 types of defoliators: RUBBER defoliator for low and medium leaves; BLADES defoliators for medium and top leaves (check our 3 wheels 2 lines tobacco harvester video). In any case your is a huge tobacco and you need at least 4 or 5 harvesting phases. How many ha do you have?

our 4 wheels 1 line is perfect for your crop, but if you have other tobacco growers near you, the best solution is the 3 wheels 2 lines to be used by more people. One machine 2 lines WITH ONLY ONE DRIVER) can handle till 40 ha. The inter-row distance must be from 1 to 1.2 meter. In Italy tobacco crop is 100% mechanized from transplanting to drying, i just want you to know that your tobacco harvesting can be mechanized the same.
