Steve's book is a MUST for any fan of KK or the big band era. The book is the super work of a super fan of the Old Professor. Kyser was an incredible talent(pardon my bias, as I'm from eastern North Carolina-Kay always loved his hometown of Rocky Mount and mentioned it often. Only hurting feet and a higher calling kept him from continuing to be a star well into the 1950s,
