Milk has nothing to do with human survival. 80% of the planet is lactose intolerant. However, humans are not carnivores, they are not coyotes, they lack the essential physical characteristics of predators (gorillas have fangs too and they are herbivores). Our bodies resemble that of herbivores, and we do much better on plants than meat. Dairy is breast milk from another animal, there is nothing natural about it. no argument you give me has legs, try me.

There is no evidence that the Inuit are long-lived and HEALTHY people. Being able to survive on something does not mean it provides optimum health. Using comparative anatomy is difficult because there are many physiological differences from omnivore to omnivore, etc. The fact is that meat has cholesterol and saturated fat that humans definitely DO NOT need and is absolutely unnecessary to live healthfully. So why would we go on supporting such a cruel and environmentally destructive industry?

Humans are omnivores, it's as simple as that, gorillas have fangs for 2 reasons: dominance and to break the tough stalks of the MASSIVE amounts of vegetation they eat. Our bodies resemble omnivores, if you STUDY animal digestive tracts you will see that humans are somewhere in the middle, not to mention our teeth don't have the same enamel coating that real herbivores have.
