@shockme91 Well i think it really went to shit DURING this tour. The Grotesque Burlesque Tour and The Against All Gods Tour were practically back to back giving him no time to recover vocally. Add sixteen months or so of straight touring with a supposedly significant cocaine habit (which kills your throat and sinuses because of the drip) and his growing love of Absinthe which is yet another substance with negative effects on the vocal chords and you get what we've got today.

@shockme91 yeah i read am article on the hierophant a few years back and in the article it mentioned that during the rape of the world tour he spent something like 20k on absinthe and cocaine.

@TheInfectiousAgent Exactly!..It may be a combo of the two..But I can tell you this from experience!...Manson is (burnout) and (trashed drunk) at every show since GAOG!..He is no longer 21 and needs to stop living as so!..His performances are SHIT! This was 6 years ago!..He is a LOT WORSE NOW!!..

@dgenerated What you see on stage now a days is the result of heavy drug/alcohol abuse and flat out not taking care of yourself and giving up!!..Manson gave up!! And his music/art and performance have suffered greatly to the matter of fact!!!..It would also be nice if he could actually keep a permanent and decent lineup together!..I see no reason for all the changing of guitarists??..Manson should have kept Skold on guitar and had Twiggy on bass!! As well as keeping Madonna around and Ginger!!!

He lost it after the Grotesque Burlesque tour!!...The last time I saw him live was in 07'-08'?? Rape of the world tour I believe with twiggy on bass..I almost walked out of the show!!!.Manson as well as the band flat out SUCKED!!!!...What truly ruined the show was having the experience of seeing the band live on the Mechanical Animals tour back in 99'!!.That show is up on utube i'm speaking of where he played the Spectrum in Philadelphia PA..Look it up!!..
