who cares if someone is racist. You have a right to be and it's stupid to get upset about stupidity. Obama hates white peoplel but you don't see me crying about it.

HOLY SHIT!!!! YOU ARE F**KING STUPID!!!!
Let me put this into context you might be able to understand.
Skids and Mudflap = things a red neck would put on his truck
The Movie was actually making fun of uneducated rednecks who want to be "G"
(Now take a moment to let that sink into your thick skull)
They never said the robots were black. They were portrayed as illiterate, uneducated, big eared, buck toothed invalids.
AND YOU ASSOCIATED THEM WITH BLACK PEOPLE.
Whos racist now, you stupid dick?

@jointron33 You are right that he said the characters are for kids, but calling them "blatantly offensive" is highly subjective. Furthermore, the kids don't read into things that we do as adults. They don't worry about whether or not the robots are "white" or "black" just if they find them funny. You show me a stereotype and I will show you something kids will laugh at. They just see a silly face. Kids are smart enough not to know that this film is make believe, adults should do the same.

@v1deojunkie i can't agree with at because of one fact: michael bay said these clowns we for the kids. Blatantly offensive characters for kids? and the movie itself took itslef SO seriously.

look if the twins were acting black they wouldnt fist fight they would shoot eachother now days every one nos black guys dont fist fight they pull out there nines

omg racist dude fuking give up on racist shit the jews had it way more worst than blacks so stop fucking complaing shit

yeah, it indeed was a portrayal not of black people, but of black people from the hood, same as when there are movies that include parodies of rednecks. We know all black people do not have a gold tooth and talk like that. I also understand why you are offended, just don't be though. it's really that simple.
I appreciate your post. I don't agree, but that is ok. My point was that we need to stop worrying about whether something is offensive or not. Comedy is based upon offending people. The media seems to point out things like this if it is stereotyping black people not the other way around. I don't think this kind of thing is important at all. We need to worry about how we treat each other as people and not whether two stupid robots are black people. The kids it aimed for read nothing into it

i agree with your point as well. but if you found something offensive that i didnt...i still would respect your position and not make you feel wrong for taking offense. i dont wait for the media to "program" me to feel offended. i felt it was wrong for the amount of time and money they spent to make some shukin and jivin illiterate gold tooth sportin fussin and cussin robots for ppl to LOL at KNOWING that they were meant to portray the steriotypes that caucasians have of african americans.
