CC simply makes your turns a bit quicker since you don't lose full forward speed then. It saves probably 2-3 seconds over the course of a level like Facility since there are a lot of sharp turns. It wont turn your 1:41 into 1:00 and lower; you have to learn how to strafe first, then learn how to warp doors, then the correct bottling room strat, etc etc and then youll have a VASTLY better time.
