I have a question. I am new to sharepoint. I currently have a project handed over to me, regarding developing business workflows for different departments of my company, and in a way have to integrate it with our existing company Intranet portal and Axapta ERP (and also ready for any other ERP integration).

Can you suggest me the path to follow to achieve these?

As a SharePoint 2010 Farm Administrator and Consultant I find Simon's videos a great way of introducing my customers to SharePoint.
