  • Good tutorial!

I have one question: is there a way to use the UV I use in my modeling program? (C4D)

  • @RWoosten . Sure, export the OBJ and open in Cinema 4D, I will do a tutorial on it very soon!!

  • I have a question. I'm using zBrush 3.12 and I can't find the texture tab anywhere in the Tools. There's something called "Texture Map", but that doesn't have what's shown here. Where could I be able to use the Color > texture feature?

  • The texture tab is down the right hand side bar menu, with tools, deformations etc...3.5 is worth the upgrade because its just a one button press process!!

  • JESUSCHRIST! I'm going to learn Zbrush so that I can make some tutorials in the actual CLEAN & CLEAR ENGLISH language!

What is up with these tutorials!!!? Are they all produced by Irish, Scotts, Aussies and Poles with HORRIBLE accents?????

GOD, use some subtitles, captions anything that can clear up what the FUCK you're saying thorough those chops that sound like you have a mouthful of potato chips!

  • Thanks for the constructive comment, shame I'm not Irish, Scottish, Aussie or Polish or I might have been insulted lol ;-)

    Good Luck with your tutorials!!

  • English is not my main language I can perfectly understand him.

  • That's not right. There's nothing wrong with his accent...He's very clear and his tutorial is excellent.

  • Texture does not show up on the side for me is there something you have to do to make up show up there?

  • I do not have "Texture" as one of my tools in Zbrush. What would I have to do to change this?

  • Nothing wrong with your voice, but the sound is a little fuzzy, which makes it somewhat hard to hear =)

  • dude almost looks like those inn keepers in the witcher

  • Is Zbrush compatable with 3D animation programs like Maya and Lightwave? Can the objects, UV maps, and textures created in ZBrush be imported into Maya/Lightwave animation scene? I'm trying to get into 3D animation and ZBrush looks like it could really save time and energy modeling objects, but I can't find anything on the official Pixologic website that mentions Zbrush objects can be imported into Maya/Lightwave and used in animation. So, can this be done?

  • I've been having this problem a lot - the Texture option does not show up for me, even after following the instructions step by step. It's not that I'm missing it, or over seeing it in the tool menu, I've looked everywhere. Is there an option I could have possibly forgotten to switch on or off? It's been been very disheartening for the past few months and I just can't get around it. Any suggestions would be VERY appreciated.

  • well thats face make me creepy ....just replace him with a friendly face damn,,,,,,,,i cant continue focus becuse this zombie face

  • Good job with the video, and the commentary wich makes it alot easier to understand for us newbies. =)

I thought it would be harder to texture models, but it seems quite easy once you line it up correctly.
