  • The Marin Flea Market was one of the Best Flea Markets in the Bay Area. It was a baren piece of land that came alive every weekend. It had the feeling of an old world market place where you could buy everything under the sun. I was an avid shopper and got to know a lot of the regular Sellers. I met some real down to earth folks that have become life long friends. I would have to say that was a wonderful era when the Marin Flea Market was in full operation. Those were the good old days.

  • @asapdom34 :l i miss the flea market to, but its a good thing it's gone because it would be another attraction for the rats from canal to come and ruin

  • The original BEST BUY :P

  • i use to buy shit there all the time..

  • good memories

  • god i would have loved to get to see one of those....

but i wasn't born till later

  • I'm a native of Marin city. I must say that the new market place has been so under productive and a burden for the community instead of a profit ..I really truly miss the FLEA Market Because the People of the community ran the market so the finances made from the venders would go to people of MC and funding programs jobs etc it fueled MC.. I'm 36 now and I remember cars lining up early in the morning to get a good spot every weekend you name it somebody sold it.... it will never be the same.
