looks TOUGH! I think i'd be too scared to hook both knees out of an aysha! I don't know the formal name, sorry :( You look great, nice to see a new vid from you, hope you are doing ok :)
hi, i was just wondering about the cushion/pillow thingy at the bottom of your pole. Where did you bought and what's it called? It seems really comfortable, especially after falling out of my pole and landing on our wooden floor a couple of times....

It's just something I had made at a local mattress shop. I just gave them the measurements and they made one which we all have in our studio now.

Oh, by the way..I see you've purchased a suspension trainer...I so much want one of those. Have you seen Rebecca Sweeney's video of herself doing full body aerial push-ups on one of those. It's actually on her husband Mike's martial arts channel, I think...can't remember the name. Do you have a ceiling hook or support for it...or are you hooking it into the door jamb for support? That's really going to take your training regime up a notch!

Yes I do have the TRX, it is a lender from a friend but it looks like I'll be purchasing it from her anytime now. No I have not seen Rebecca's video but I should try and look for it but if you have the link then I'd appreciate it. I am supporting it with a ceiling hook which is luckily strong enough.
