Security is strong, especially for outsiders. The grounds are open to all, its real cool to explore and that is allowed, but if you attempt to go inside of the buildings its likely you will be arrested and spend the evening under the supervision of the corrections department!

@darkesthour12 yes, NYS POLICE, FEDERAL PROPERTY, maybe you've figured that out by now or maybe you are the security. You can go on the college campus, only, Nissequoge (or however you spell it) State Park. THERE ARE WAYS IN ~_~

@sew11754 Would you be interested in touring a fellow explorer into KPH? I have wanted to go there ever since Byberry here in PA was torn down. I tried comparing Byberry to KP but after watching your vids, I realize how ignorant I was! KP is 100x better than Byberry, both in size, and cool stuff to see. If I can find my videos I'll post them because I got everything on tape. The top floor of 93, the rusty old lockers, the dried blood, the chairs, the broken glass, the dead animals, pretty much everything!

The first few times I went, I was a little pussy to go inside, so I just explored the outskirts. I drove over the cemetery several times, doing donuts in my car with my buddies..I know, stupid..

Then I manned up, got weapons and went with more people...I went inside building 93 and found several animals that were gutted wide open with their insides on the floor, totally disemboweled. It smelt terrible and it was a horrific experience. That same night, I found dried blood on the floor behind 93

When I was 17 I went inside KPPC at least 10 separate times. (I'm 21 now) I was a very stupid and naive kid; I didn't know about any of the real dangers lurking there such as: asbestus, gang meetings, crazy homeless people..etc..

There's some weird shit there...I wasn't afraid of security we would wait until they passed by then run across the path, hop the fence and explore. I saw some WEIRD shit there that I still have on tape on an old external hard drive.

I had the worst luck me and my friends went and got caught by the cops but the place is really fucking creepy and yeah you could get in but you need a ladder becasue all the first floors are locked...And the most important thing is bring people like 20 lols

Im from illinois, and I plan on coming here within the first two weeks of august (so next month) but i heard rumors that yuo cant get in and that demolition has started. any info would be greatly appreciated! I dont feel like driving 24 hours to not get in:p
