How to make Onigiri, or Japanese Rice Balls!

Me and my friend Katelynn attempted to make some traditional Japanese rice balls, and video taped while we did it. It was our first attempt at making them, so obviously they're a little funny but this is basicly how you make them! The only thing wrong with the video (I discovered this afterward when I tried making them again) do NOT ADD SALT! This was a mess up from a website I got the recipe from, you don't want your balls to be salty! Simply add 1 cup rice, 1 cup water, but it on high heat on the stove, wait till it boils, etc.. Do not add anything else except for maybe soy sauce. Adding the salt makes it waaaay too salty and makes your rice balls unhealthy. Also do not add an intence amount of food coloring like we did. We were just sort of bored and added that little twist at the end. Makes em' look sort of unappetising. Also make sure to wash your rice!

Eventhough I can tell you both are professional japanese chefs, I'd rather not follow your recipe......and PLEASE do not tell me to wrap my ball in plastic!!!! LMHOWWYV! (and pissing my pants in the process...) Thank you!
