I'd say that no, at least no American car would really have knobs to adjust the climate like this until the Ford Taurus came out over 30 years later. Also, over 50 years after this, Ford would introduce a form of speed control system similar to the one here on the redesigned Focus, the MyKey system.

The man pitching the Edsel is veteran radio/TV announcer Bob Warren {he also served as announcer on the legendary "EDSEL SHOW" special [10/13/57], in which this ad first appeared]. He was also Lawrence Welk's announcer, as well as Ralph Edwards' on "THIS IS YOUR LIFE"...
