Exclusive Rohingya Rescue

The Indian Coast Guard has released a harrowing video account of its rescue of Rohingya boatpeople last month, showing skeletal men crowded on the gunwales of their sinking vessel. More than 300 of the boat's original contingent died and 88 were rescued.

Yes, there are many many Muslims who actually give Islam a bad name when they say Muslims are better than non-Muslims, that they are cleaner, etc. There are clean and unclean Muslims and non-Muslims everywhere in the World. It is great to hear from Muslims like you who seek to respect and understand others (non-Muslims) and promoting peace & harmony.

if you do read/hear rude, hateful comments made by the Muslims, then these kind of Muslims give Islam a bad name. Abdullah bin Amr reported that Muhammad (PBUH) NEVER used bad language, neither habitually nor artificially. He used to say, “The best among you are those who have the best character.” Hence, god-fearing Muslims are the one who obey Quran and sunnah (living habits) of Muhammad (PBUH)

@bayani94 I have never read the Quran but it is inspiring and uplifting to hear that the Prophet Mohammed said those words. So often what is quoted by Muslims is one of hate and intolerance. Where in the Quran is this verse from?
