It is the wealthiest Western powers who've done so much damage to the world by promoting birth control. Populations are collapsing in Asia & Latin American also. The Arab world & much of the Islamic world beside is also collapsing in birth rates.

The solution is to help pull poor countries out of poverty, to continue moving towards a GREENER more SUSTAINABLE future. Renewable energy, vertical farming are some examples.

There will be no need for any one or two child policy because in the coming decades, as birth rates decline and decline, we will soon be faced with a decreasing or stable population.

@aargh5 Tax breaks TO have more children as the children will be of investment value to the nation, the same way we also support the children of the poor so that things can't degenerate so to say even so much more, even while the money in the hands of somebody that creates could go so much further. the rich are better planned, tend to have more proven and successful values, more educated, more connected and are able to raise their children in a better environment too.
