Matt cutting weight for his fight against Matt Serra at UFC 98. Video takes place between Wednesday night, May 20th, through Friday morning, May 22nd 2009. All of this footage was filmed in the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, NV.
UFC Matt Hughes looks "sharpe", "mean and lean" in his Black plastic sweat suit and Big black boxing gloves! Awesome ! He can really train hard! Keep punching Matt ! Hopefully you will get the "Big Money Bouts" ! You deserve it ! Your hard work in the gym and on the mat will payoff big time! Keep your "plastics" on !
@kumitekyle187 Yeah, I agree. I wouldn't use a sweat suit for actual fat loss. This is only if you need to temporarily cut down for a weigh-in. Right after you make weight you need to get some food and hydration to be ready for competition.
I need to find a better way to cut weight for wrestling. It's agonizing. My coach isn't the most helpful other than saying what we're NOT allowed to do (like use plastics or saunas). Of course, that doesn't stop anyone.
useralpahomega: I myself lost 60 lbs. in 4 and half months. I used these plastics during my workout 2 times a day. But I droped all the sweets, soda's,ate a big meal once a day. It might not be the best diet for everyone but it worked for me.
you wont loose any real fat, unless you eat right. You can wear the suit all day every day, but if you continue to eat pizza, burgers, twinkies(not calling you fat) it will not matter. These suits cut alot of water weight, so even though you might drop 10 lbs.once you eat and drink the weight will come back up.
Matt is a champ in the ring and out.

I see matt is using the sauna suit. I hear that its a waste of time as it only drops water and nutrients.
