  • This is a wonderful opening routine to begin my morning & end my evening too. What I like is the easy-going free range of relaxed movement that it produces in me that remains with me afterwards. At night before sleeptime it undoes the residual tension attached to my being that I'm still holding onto in my thoughts & body.
