  • i made coconut kefir from a young coconut, the water was fresh and sweet. i mixed water kefir grains and the water, and let it sit for 48 hours. this morning it was bubbly and fermented but it tasted awful. did i ferment too long? i tasted the water before so i know it was good.

  • @ThePashacat She was a vegan in this video. Honestly, she looks healthier after introducing fish to her diet.

  • You are not vegan anymore, right? You don't look too good, girl. How r you feeling back on anima products? Hope things are better

  • Can you use milk kefir grains to make young coconut water kefir, or do you have to get water grains? Thanks!

  • im fifteen and i love your videos, you seem so sweet and nice and accepting :) have a beautiful day okay? :D

  • I'm a big fan of Natasha but I have to point out that she is 100% mistaken about pasteurized yogurt. The reason that you can use a pasteurized yogurt product as a starter is that the milk is pasteurized BEFORE the starter is added and the yogurt incubates. The milk is heated to 180 degrees and then cooled to around 110 and THEN the starter is added and the yogurt is kept at around 110 while it incubates. Milk WILL NOT become yogurt if left to ferment without a starter.

  • woah u act and talk like your in your early 20s kefir must be doing somthing good for u :)

  • @Trivico1 Tak skal du have :) jeg vil spørge i en helekost butik og thai butik..men i den thaibutik her har de desværre ikke nogle kokosnødder.

    Hilsen, Bianca

  • @elfe1982

Prøv at se om du ikke kan finde en Thai butik, der har de dem sikkert ellers kan de måske fortælle dig hvor du får dem fra.

Nogle helsekost butikker kan sikker også hjælpe

  • That's really good information, Natasha. I'm always looking for additional ways to help my skin. I regularly use coconut water.

P.S. btw, You look gorgeous in that color of blue!
