@Krew808 did u solder the chip like he did? the heat from a soldering iron can destroy a chip, that's why ur supposed to solder in a socket and then push the chip in...

@Krew808 Check all wires and batteries first of course, then: Remember to tune slowly, and very close to an FM radio at first. Try jamming different ranges too (lower and upper). If the range is limited to a certain frequency range, then the cap is probably at fault, if no jamming occurs, then it's probably chip or wiring problems. If you continue to have problems after that, just email me and I'll send replacement parts. Thanks.
