Rick shoots Master Gunsmith Ed Masaki's revolutionary Dragon Gun. The barrel is ported thereby releasing gases - thus the flames, and the name.

  • This is a custom .45 designed & built by master gunsmith Ed Masaki. Ammo is handmade specifically for this gun for competition. Recoil is minimized by the ported barrel. It's also a gas gun which reduces recoil. Not sure what lb. spring Ed uses. We compete within NRA rules so we must have 3.5 lb. trigger pull. We would't run hardball ammo through this gun. I've used those 2 piece guide rods before, hard to lock back the slide sometimes on my Beretta Brigadier. Hope that satisfied your questions.
