@jor99912 Appreciate the comment. I recommend The Marcels' version on the album called "The Marcels Blue Moon," but I think they sing different kyrics at that point in the song.

@novatransam I'LL NEVER FORGET THAT MOMENT OF BLISS. SO LESS GO BACK & REMINISCE. REMINISCE THE NIGHT THAT WE KISSED: Marks Lyndsey & I sang this part. 2 bass men.in KCMO. J Butler was my best cover! I didn't know he could do this. I thought you had to have a glass ringing voice like the VIBRATIONS leader, to do this!

I was in the Air Force Kansas city 1965.
About 15 guys were hanging out in my room when this guy came over that had a Vocal Group on base! He organized us into a singing unit on this song. I'd had my own groups at other bases but this was the most Beautiful music we ever made. The lead singer and the organizer were from Chicago!
The Whole Barracks came running to our room wide eyed! I was a musical expert, Genius! But I did not Know this was Jerry Butler!
