There's an online course - stoppickingonme.com that really inspired me. I think my acne would be all gone AGES ago if I didn't pick at my face. It's a bit problem.

ok so does picking include like squeezing? I don't really pick, more so just lightly squeeze till that nasty stuff pops out, lol my self esteem already sucks cause i am overweights so these fuckers need to go

Thanks for sharing your story. I can relate, because I suffered with acne as a teen. It was

So if I have those little whiteheads or zits on my back, I should leave them to grow or heal/hide by itself? It's hard not to pick them out, especially when you want to go out somewhere and you have this painful red area.. :( I know that picking the pimples it wrong, now I have a little hole on my left cheek, and it's so annoying.. I'm thinking to get microdermabrasion to get rid of this hole and those marks all over my face.

i'm not a picker, but my mom forcefully picks my pimples. i tell her stop, but she dosen't listen to me. thx to her my face is even fucked up then before. if only there was a way to tell her :(

wow thought i was the only one. feel better after seing this. been a skin/pimple picker for past 5 years, the longest ive lasted without picking would be 11 days and it cleared up, but habbit just keeps coming back

Try using microdermabrasion, it got rid of my acne and scars by using it.
