  • The infectious laughter from a certain member of the audience reminds me of a cackling witch.

  • @chris21192 What, no Sainsbury's or British Leyland adverts at the end? I feel so CHEATED !!! Sorry, picked this off your recent activity list - well DONE! And how were things on the R. Don today? Two of our best friends in all the world were Jack & Betty from Sheffield. Lived toward Millhouses with a view across the moors from their upstairs window! They showed us all to be seen from Stratford to Scarborough over several visits - they were indeed two gems of God's creation. Cheers from Arizona!

  • "One dabbles Mrs. Weaver, one dabbles." Priceless comedy, doesn't seem so long ago since it was first produced, but it is, over 35 years ago, gosh!!!

  • @ComedyStuff76 Oh WOW, I had no idea but you're totally correct!!

  • Mrs. Counselor-Nugent from "Keeping Up Appearances"...

    WOW!

  • It's Counselor Nugent from Keeping up appearances!

  • I have to say, when Geraldine sticks her head in the supposedly blazing hot kiln it kinda breaks the spell for me.

  • Thank you so much for uploading these videos. I remember this series from when I was a child, but I don't think I appreciated how clever it was then. Its not all cute and twee, it has some really hard edges.

  • "What county is Avon" indeed..."It's one of that new lot"

ha ha!!!...the mid 70's were well mad!

    regards,

John Putland of Weston Super Mare, North Somerset (formerly Avon)
