  • the stance is the most important thing in any martial art style. It is the most basic yet most important aspect. Its the very foundation. you can tell a certain style by its stance

This stance (video) is used in Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Savate

without the stance, you wont have any of the punches, kicks, elbows, knees, throws, joint locks, choke holds, blocks, trapping, movement/mobility. if you dont have a stance you may still have punches - but they will be very bad and telegraphed

  • Definitely a baijong stance from wing chun

  • If you know Karate , I suggest Kukutsu Dachi

  • Yes! You noticed it too!

  • he is a facke bla bla bla centerline bla

  • Alan: Im sure its Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do stance that he's showing, and as we all here probably know; Bruce Lee started by Wing Chun.

  • he is a taekwondoist !

  • hey john bevor you do somthing like that dont just watch a wing chun dvd , go to some seminars so you can explaine the things better and original :-)
