It isn't fake.they filled the tank with fuel and a full load off ammunition just like it would be if they faced it in battle,hence the massive explosion!

Because the javelin can only make a narrow hole in tank armor. That's enough to kill the crew and occasionally set off ammunition, but the makers of the video packed this tank with explosives in order to fool people. It never looks like this in real life.
