This was my second attempt to contact the International Space Station with in a day, and made a successful contact with NA1SS, Col. Wheelock. I was using a Yaesu VX-8R Handheld radio, and an Arrow dual band antenna on 145.800Mhz. 73's and hope to chat again, Jason.

  • TPM, thanks for watching. Amateur Radio is pretty awesome and very easy to get started. A handheld antenna and a hand held radio is all that's needed. And of course a license, but that's easy enough to obtain these days. Take care and thanks for watching. 73's, Jason
