  • @osrevad @osrevad Sharpie pens will definitely bleed more than others. I have Sharpie pens as well, but only use those sometimes on an individual piece, never a sketchbook since it bleeds like you mentioned.

    I would highly recommend Micron pens. I use them in Moleskine sketchbooks and they never bleed. Moleskine Sketchbook paper is plenty thick, it's good paper. Staedtler pigment liners are comparable to Microns, I just prefer Microns.

  • Would you mind detailing your setup? I tried using one of those fine-tipped Sharpie pens on my Moleskine sketchbook, and it bled right through the paper. I can see that you're using a Micron pen. Do those pens not bleed, or should I invest in some better paper?

    Also, I've heard that Staedtler pigment liner pens are more durable, which is important to me. Do you have any experience with those? Sorry for so many question. Love your work.
