I wish that all these commentators were this honest in their writings and in public as they are just talking amongst themselves. Because they just become mouthpieces for either side, but its a lot more interesting when you hear what they really think.

I would not call Noonan and Murphy neocons. They are conservatives and Republicans. Many have good intentions, well educated and informed. They want to make this country great too. Only the Evangelical extremes and neocons (no different from the Islamic extremists) have hijacked the Republican party. These people are exclusive, intolerant, self righteous. They are the worst enemies of democracy.

I could not agree more! Religious Fundamentalism is what we must fear the most and it's right here in this country! If we let the wingnuts and the Christian wrong have their "backward" way with us, we are surely headed for ruin.

While I appreciate your enthusiasm here, Obama isn't running his campaign in a disgraceful way and we, as his supporters, should do the same. Stick to the issues. Everyone is fed up about hearing the presidential gossip. Three weeks left; let's keep it real. Just say NO to Smears.
