Nadia Comaneci 1976

Nadia's performance on the uneven bars at the olympic games 1976 in Montreal.
It earned her the first perfect 10 in the olympic gymnast history.
If you look close you'll se that even the scoreboard wasn't prepared to show.
It was by the way the first* of seven perfect 10s she showed at this games.

*I stand corrected that this was actually her fourth 10.0 (thanks thewho76).

omfg. I knew she got a perfect 10 but this is the first time ever seeing the routine. that was just magnificent! they seriously should have introduced right then and there an additional 10 points giving her a 20. that was better than any uneven bar routine I've ever seen.
