  • You side rolls turn quickly into forward rolls and don't use your hands to stand back up when you roll. Other than that keep training.

  • bend your knees more and relax strike true forward not around. keep practicing tho.

  • just wondering, are the rolls from hira no kamae supposed to be zenpo kaiten? if so you should go over one shoulder, it's a softer & quieter roll and also allows you to come up into posture (normally jumonji no kamae depending on your preferences) keep up the good work! :D

  • Try pulling your head a bit sideways when you roll, and try rolling on the sholder rather than on the spine. Keep up the good work, good luck!
