It just takes practice. In the beginning weeks you shouldn't hold back your bowel movements much because you don't want to stress the recent connections. But over time you will try to hold back bowel movements longer and longer to build up your strength. This gives you more control.

I suffered from ulcerative colitis for many years, I use to have flares twice a week, blood and mucus in every bowel movement witch I had 3-5 time daily

I used few prescriptions’ drugs they helped a little If I stopped medication it will be worse than before.

This happen by accident i ate some guava fruit and I been drinking a cup of guava juice daily. It’s like magic

Now I am flares free no blood or mucus and a regular bowel movement for 4 months

I still don’t believe.

@roark100 Ulcerative colitis is an autoimmune disease that affects the colon. Usually it's diagnosed with a colonoscopy. If you are having frequent bowel problems, you probably should contact a doctor. They do many tests to find exactly what is wrong with people.

Thank u so much for ur info and insight. I have uc/pancolitis n currently looking towards surgery as my final option. Currently on remicade n doesn't seem to b working. Going to talk to surgeon soon. May God bless u. N thank u. U make me feel like I'm not alone!!

Thank you for the video.

I just recently became totally bladder incontinent and well I had three options.

1. Surgery- Not a option for me.

2. Outside bladder cath to a bag attached to my leg- again with constant prostate infections this would be not the best option for me.

3. The other option was wearing adult diapers which I accepted this option which has been really wonderful as now I can keep and stay active socially.

I wear the x-plus diaper and it works very well for me.

"Depends" is a name brand. They make adult pull on/off diapers. That makes it easier to use the bathroom, and they are more discreet than tape diapers.

I'm 37 yrs old and I've had that happen. It can be embarrassing as hell. I'd wear diapers if I could afford it.

immodium i have no health insurance so i just take 15 to 24 immodium sometimes fuck it it works i still exercise daily in go to work

Sometimes its hard for me to learn about this. I have mild uc compared to others here on yt. I have had accidents at home, but sometimes for extra security I'll wear maxi pads. Hope that helps anyone who might have smaller accidents like I have occasionally. Thanks for these videos
