Fredrick the Red is The most easiest boss just assasinate him using your hidden blade while you are on the back of him whil he doesn't notice

@baeronautics OK i personally don't have the game but here's an educated guess it is most likely a combo move which you can preform my pressing the attack button as soon as the sword makes contact or how i do by pressing it until he dies :)
