How could you bcome an ebay powerseller in 30 days? It is a mandatory 90 period?

If your feedback is over 100, you have a 98% or better feedback score, and you AVERAGE $1k per month for 3 consecutive months, you can do it. As long as you've been selling for more than 90 days, you can get over $3k in sales in one month and still qualify.
