Chiara Sartori 1987 World roller skating championships NZ.

Italy's star of the 80's, Chiara Sartori. Winner of NINE world titles in the three years that she competed at the world event from 1985-1987, claiming gold in the ladies Figures, Freestkating and combined events consecutively. Here in New Zealand, she wins the event with ease.

Chiara made her spectacular debut in `85 in Rimini, Italy in front of her home country to rave reviews, to the amazement of the world, a young 15yr old, out of nowhere comes along and takes on the world with 6.0 almost across the board from the judges..

Because not every country has ice skating. Mine hasn't. --' So, wether you roller skate or you don't skate at all.

I like ice skating better than roller skating (I ice skate when I'm in England) but ice skating is no better than ice skating. Roller skating has the same elements, but it's harder.
