Anna Vissi. Dodeka.

It starts off with Themis (the host) announcing that the song "Dodeka" won the voting as her best song with 49%. Then Themis asks Anna if she would re-record "Dodeka" in an updated Studio Version. She says OK. Then the host asks Anna what he has to do since she won the game played earlier (in part 3). Anna said that he has to go to her Pizza Place. He has to take an order from a customer, and go into the kitchen to make it. She might be the customer. He has to make the pizza himself how he thinks it is made. Then he has to serve the pizza to the customer, and sing "Dodeka" karaoke.
Then, Anna Vissi performs "Dodeka".
