Rough guess: capo 3, looks like it's a C (or a C/G)-G-D-D verse, then into a C-G-Em(?? 022003)D with the last time through as C-G-Fadd9(?? x33213)-D, C-G end. Just a first listen guess, can't see well on the phone screen.
