Agatsu benchmark workout. The "Chrissy" workout is done for time. Peform both exercises with proper form in the shortest ammount of time possible.

    PS: Good to see people doing real burpees for a change.

    5mins intense skipping & 5 mins shadow boxing for warm up.

  • 18:40 November 2009 in Montreal, killer exercise,

  • 27 minutes and 02 seconds with a forty pound dumbell

  • 11 minutes and 51 seconds on May 9, 2009.

  • I did it at the Agatsu cert course in Halifax on the weekend....KILLER!
