Think of it this way, what is easier to break, a pencil, or a rubber strip with the demenions of a pencil. The rubber flexes so it is harder to break. The pencil snaps. This does the same thing as the rubber but less exagerated.

all loopings are flexing like this , but becouse most coasters are outside , you cannot see the flexing ( couse of moving trees ) in a steady hall , you can see it clearly

I am not to sure that it should flex as much as it does in that video. Almost every B&M hyper before Diamandback and maybe Behemoth had twice as many poles on the way down the drop.

Rides are designed to flex with the forces look at the hd b roll of diamond back and it shakes soo bad.
is it me or is the loop wobbling?

This actually happens on all coasters. Here, you just have a closer reference point and can see it better
