This is a super rare interview with Kirk, and Cliff done at Metal Joe's in New Jersey August 4th, 1984.
The day after the show at the Roseland ballroom in New York City opening for Raven.
That was the show that got them signed to Electra records...
Shortly before the interview I was able to listen to the Megaforce test pressing of "Ride the Lightning".
The record was released weeks later.
It was so cool sitting there listening to it with the whole band watching me for my reaction...I had already known most of the tracks from live shows, but I was blown away...Still searching for more tapes...Check http://www.myspace.com/kenzpage

@vidzrus If you download this with an .flv downloader and play it in vlc, you can play it @ twice the volume and hear everything. I had a hard time hearing to too. ;)

I love Kirk's fuck you to everybody bitching about "HE STOLE FROM EXODUS WAH WAH WAH WAAAAHHHHH" Kirk co-founded the band, and anything he wrote during his time with Exodus are his to use as he chooses. Fuckers!
