Some people make ASMR videos that dont seem natural. Forced movements and all. I have always found that when people are just going about their buisiness and not trying to create any effect, the effect ASMR has on you is far greater. Watching a person paint in art class once was one of the most euphoric things I have ever felt. And I have done my fair share of drugs in the past.

Yep! I still have a bunch of Bob Ross videos I watch to zonk out to. I also have some of his episodes in audio on my ipod to sleep to. Another great unknown is Alan Lee, the concept artist from Lord of the Rings. Listen to his commentary and it will put you out!

@ASMRtriggerhappy you can always rotate the paper so your hand in never in wet paint and paint the way that is most comfortable for you

@rage1331 I agree, I don't like forced movements that seem to say, "Hey... I'm making a video to trigger a response in you!" This one isn't like that, just to clarify.

@jockojonson17 Bob ross was the first big real trigger for me. I have 3 seasons of his stuff and I fall asleep to it nightly.

I kinda like the dogs padding around in the background. I used to get ASMR a lot from Bob Ross TV show when I was a kid. BTW, shouldn't you start on the left side, so then you don't have to worry about putting your hand in wet paint? ;)
