My take on wishing Liszt a happy 200th - I hope he is enjoying immortality.
As you will figure out after 5 seconds for yourselves: I am not a pianist:)
The sound quality is pretty horrible, the pianino is a 'bit' out of tune, but I think it is still possible to hear what's going on.
(It is a haphazard improvisatory mix of the melody of the opening of Liszt's Hungarian Rhapsody No.2, Juan Tizol's Caravan [Duke Ellington paid his own tribute to Liszt by the way!!:)] and Paul Desmond's Take Five - with the latter's rhythm providing an ostinato underneath the whole mess, the harmony is pretty much the same in the relevant passages of the Rhapsody and Caravan, so it works out, the melody of Take Five is played in a Liszty Hungarian scale.)
