Installing ATI Drivers for Windows 8

This will help ati users that are experiancing lag or choppy performance in windows 8 in th UI or in games. After updating graphics Drivers, i noticed a massive performance boost and it helps make my windows 8 experiance supper smooth, even on an old 128MB 64-bit card!
Sorry if the text is a little blurry, but if you follow the commentary, you'll be fine. make sure to turn on annotations too.
Windows 8 developer preview system requirements
* ATI Radeon 9500 or better
* Pentium 4 processor or faster
* 1GB of RAM
* 16GB of Hard Drive Space

After i click update driver and i select the ati folder it says windows has detected that this driver is already up to date,
I need this driver so i can change the overscan so my 23" monitor can be fully used
