The Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR) is a nonprofit mental health watchdog, responsible for helping to enact more than 150 laws protecting individuals from abusive or coercive practices. CCHR has long fought to restore basic inalienable human rights to the field of mental health, including, but not limited to, full informed consent regarding the medical legitimacy of psychiatric diagnosis, the risks of psychiatric treatments, and the right to refuse any treatment considered harmful.

Good job man, ive felt like ive had this strongly recently or somthing along the lines but now I dont know, i think that yes, it is quite a negative thing to diagnose oneself so I don't know really but yeah I'm understanding more about all mental health. Keep going dude.! =) and how did you go to hospital? Did someone take you?

A friend of mine who i've known since my school days has bipolar. I thought it was my fault, but no. He gets voices in his head that tell him to kill himself and other things. He also cuts his arms. Good luck buddy, never give up :)

Not trying to say by any means your condition
could have been avoided-of course not. I do think "Stress," is a major trigger. We live in
artificial times (un-natural stressors), there will be even more problems from troops in the USA coming back from war.All the best-people will drive one insane and they will also be the ones who help save you.

I can relate to that; when I have been in hospital there have been people whose behaviour I have found challenging and others who I have looked up to. I think I have learnt from these experiences and sometimes it has been the people I have struggled to get on with who I have learnt from the most. Thanks for a very thoughtful comment.
