Dude! So much better than I thought! more the time I check out a video of a musician I sell to, I'm less than impressed.. This is quality stuff man. ESPECIALLY for its time. How are you NOT touring and making Rock start status money?

@Feenix1011 Awesome vid brother! As for you, Rocknthestage, you dont know what you're talking about. Im only a young un born in '87, but I know damn well what the mullet and bare chested look was. HOT HOT HOT. It was cliche' for a reason man. Just like all the trends today, people like them or they wouldn't be trends.

I'll keep an ear open for Radiostar. I checked out your vocal coaching page. Very impressive. If you have anything recorded, throw it up on YouTube and share (unless it copyrighted, of course). If you have time, check out some of the other ThresholdNYC videos. Have a Merry Christmas and a Rockin' New Year.

well I didn't have the kind of hair for a mullet (too stright) and where I grew up - Yonkers - having a mullet got you beat up. I went for the "to the elbows" long hair look. I never liked the shirtless, vested look, it was too cliche in '89 when I was in my heyday. Besides I was too scrawny for a barechested look. You guys had some meat on your bones.
Still out there playing my new band "Radiostar" is a hard rock tribute to pop music of the last 4 decades.

Then you, my friend, were in the minority. While the look causes many to scoff today, back then it was quite common. The ladies didn't mind them at all. Same for the shirtless, vested look. Good to meet a fellow L'Amour alumni. Those were good days. Original bands giving all they had to some amazing audiences. You still playing?

I graced the L'Amour (Brooklyn & Queens) stage many times in the late 80's and never had a mullet. Didn't have the "big hair" either. We were more Savatage than White Lion. As for the music, good players and good vocals.
Mullets, bare chests and vests? Chippendales anyone?
-
Who didn't have some kind of mullet that graced the great L'Amour stage? At least we didn't suffer from the 'big hair' or ladies night make-up of many of our peers. The true question is, how's the music? Thanks for the reply. I checked out your page and think you are doing good things for those about to rock. Cheers.

instead of The "Beatle cut" a mullet was required to be in this band.
Walt, check out 17586063. I don't know if it's a girl or not, but whoever it is, they can PLAY. BTW, I bought a used GK MB210 to go with the cab you helped me out with. Should be here by the weekend. Going to use it with a project I'm working with, Techinical Extacy. If I get any good video, I'll post it so you can check it out.

Hey Neverbeforemetal (I know it;s Walt), thanks for the good words. We were a competitive band that knew people had many other options to spend their time then to see us, so we made sure we wrote the best songs we could and gave the best performance we could at every show. Glad you like it. Your band is amazing! Can't wait to get the CD. I would have been great to share a bill with you guys. Keep in touch.
