I have this in my PC but the videos are not playing. instead there is a grey screen and the game crashes. How on earth can I fix this?

Pretty sure it's running slow in this video and everywhere else regardless of the PC's power. I work at an arcade and the timer runs faster at the arcade. Check the speed of this timer to real arcade board footage you'll see what I mean.
