Ang sinasabi lang ni bukobu is that talagang mukhang hindi sumasali sa mga ganyan ang mga Pinoy lalong lalo na yung mga tipong jeepney drivers na ang lakas ng usok na lumalabas, bibilhin nila yung pinakamurang klaseng gasolina, pero nakakasira naman...And that's just one point though...

Ofcourse... we Filipinos still living in the Philippines aren't THAT ignorant about world events. So yah, we participated. Actually, for your information, the Philippines conserved the most energy in the world. :)
