This is newly built and mounted 80-meter-tall Ferris/Panoramic Wheel (262-feet-tall) in TBILISI, GEORGIA. It is 25th tallest Ferris/Panoramic Wheel in the World and tallest in Eastern Europe and Former Soviet Union.

I recorded video while riding around it. It was so wonderful.

And so great is the fact that Ferris Wheel stands at the very edge of Mountain (Mtatsminda) that is about 250meters (820feet) above from the Tbilisi City level and you can observe the city from about 330meters(1082feet).

In the opposite side you can see Tbilisi TV Tower - one of the biggest in Eastern Europe.
